What Else Can We Do?
People should get their homes appraised IMMEDIATELY! If we wait to get them appraised after they break ground, or after the hog farm is up and running, your home may already have lost value.
If home owners don't do it now, they don't have any ground to stand on after the fact, when they have lost half the value of their home. They can not prove their home was worth more prior to the hog farm.
